I obtained my PhD in 2021 from the University of Waterloo, with a focus on Machine Learning. My academic interests include mathematics and computer science, and I am particularly interested in neural networks and deep learning, both in theory and application. Currently, I work at AdeptMind, a software company based in Toronto.
Some of my past work has fallen under areas such as:
- Deep learning
- Natural language processing (NLP)
- Data visualization
- Interpretable neural programming
- Using deep learning to solve problems with symbolic mathematics
I am passionate about learning new things, understanding them well, and communicating them in a way that others, especially non-specialists, can make sense of them.
